The Blizzard of 2002... it haven't snowed like this in years and why not take advantage of the snow when I can? I think we had over 20" of snow. It was so high that cars were buried in snow. It's not like it snows like this every year. I've been waiting for a blizzard in NYC for ages just to play in the snow. This blizzard though, I wasn't able to play in the snow as much due to work, but I did get a few hours in.

One day after work.. a few days into the blizzard already when most of the snow are starting to melt, I went to Central Park to check out the snow and play with it. Lots of it were already melted but there were still enough. I didn't walk too far into Central Park and found myself a nice big area to work with.

Hmm... what should I make out of snow? I made big snowmen before so maybe I should make something different? Ah, yes! I shall make a snow Care Bear for my gf! I was so excited and I started to build it. It was coming out so nice and I couldn't wait to tell/show her. This took probably under 2 hours to make and it was fun too! Here are the results of my first attempt at a snow Care Bear.
